I cant download skyui mod on my surface book

It sounds to me like you are trying to follow instructions for sle skyui instead of sse. Jjp, thank you for your help. Here's something funny and frustrating to me. I just did another search for skyui on the nexus site and I was sent to a page I'd never been to before.

Seems like there are multiple pages on Nexus for this mod. So all my frustration was caused by being sent to the wrong page where there was apparantly an older version and I always search for skyrimSE mods so if it was an oldrim version I don't know why that happened.
